Illustrations From Stina Persson

People who have been following me on my blog know my fascination for illustrations. They excite me especially when they are this good! I absolutely adore these fabulous illustrations from Stina Persson,  aren't they fabulous. Full of personality and her use of colour is simply breathtaking.

Stina is based in Stockholm and has worked for some incredible clients worldwide such as DKNY, Elle UK , Harper's Bazaar just to name a few. I love her different use of medium from watercolours to cut papers from acrylics to handwritten, her portfolio is just so inspiring.  I am completely smitten with this lady... Are you?

Illustrations By Lola Donoghue

You probably know by now that I do have a passion for fashion illustrations, there is just something about them that I find so captivating. I love browsing Etsy and finding new artists and when a particular one captures my attention then I just have to blog about them. Today Lola Donoghue is the one that has caught my eye. Living and working in the west coast of Ireland, in Co. Galway, you can clearly see her passion for all things creative. I love her illustrations and use of colour with such a distinctive style, they are just gorgeous! Her pictures really put me in a good mood. Here are a few I have selected from her Etsy shop. Enjoy and happy Wednesday everyone :)

Fashion Illustrator Chesley McLaren

Good morning from yet another dull grey breezy London. Here are some beautiful images to start the week with a bang. Whenever I see bright coloured fashion Illustrations I go weak at the knees. It's the way the lines flow freely and the mix of colours just combine beautifully. I always find them as a great source of inspiration for putting colour schemes together.

These delicious pictures are drawn by Chesley McLaren who started out as a fashion designer after graduating but who was encouraged to show her illustrations, I think we can see why. Since then she has never looked back and has become recognised as 'The French Illustrator in New York'. Chesley still works in the fashion world as she has just designed her new collection 'Les Demoiselles de Mode'.

Let me know what you think, I truly love her work, so elegant and dazzling. Perfect for Mondays :)
