Wow what a week it has been! From the hustle and bustle of NYC to London in all its glory I am now back in serene Pisa. To say my head is all over the place is an understatement. While I feel sad that blogtourNYC is over and I miss my friends more than ever I am also happy to be back here. It fills me with joy to say that I have special friends in different parts of the world - which for me is one of the most important aspects of life. Here's to new & old friends!

Summer Yellow & Holidays

Happy Friday friends. I am officially taking a holiday for a week where I need to recharge my batteries and enjoy some quality time with my husband, family and friends. I will be taking a break from blogging on Arianna Interiors next week, so do excuse my silence. During my holiday I want to concentrate some of my small 'web' time on Heart Home Magazine as we are nearing towards the launch. I still will occasionally be tweeting  so you can catch me there.

Sometimes things can get really hectic and it is so easy to feel overwhelmed and stressed. It can be difficult when trying to run a project abroad and also a magazine at the same time. I am however so grateful for having such a fabulous team behind Heart Home Magazine. Carole for being so organised, thorough and keeping those spreadsheets immaculate. Daniel for reassuring us with his technical genius and wise ideas. Together we work really well and I am so happy to be a part of this fabulous team!

On this note I wish you all a lovely weekend! Time to ditch the keyboard for a couple of days, Ciao ;)

On a recent photoshoot for Heart Home Magazine I came across a designer's work which particularly drew my attention. It was the colour combintion of pinks and blues that I found so appealing. I realise I am having a complete colour crush on these two colours, arent they just so delightful?! These pastel tones are just ever so dreamy, wouldnt you agree?

On this note I wish you all a happy weekend, I will try to relax with the hubby and spend some quality time as next week will be all work and no play....

Well it's heading up to the weekend again and I cannot believe how fast this week has flown by! Again I am so sorry if I have been absent from the blog but this week has been manic. I was off on Wednesday and Thursday all day on photoshoots for Heart Home Magazine. I have to say I am so excited with the results so far and I cannot wait to share it all with you in September...yay not long to go now!

Well, as today is my birthday I am taking the day off work, away from social media, emails and anything else computer related. Have a lovely weekend and I leave you with a couple of moodboards that generally reflect how I am feeling today... Simply happy.

Have a fabulous weekend friends, Arianna Interiors will be taking a break for a whole week as I'm off to Marrakesh tomorrow with the lovely Carole from Dear Designer's blog. I cannot wait to share with all of you my photos and travel experience. Really looking forward to this break as I have been swamped with work and it is perfect to have this just before things become really manic. Have so many fantastic photoshoots lined up for Heart Home Magazine as soon as we are back so this is perfect timing.

Another fabulous week nearing to the end and boy what a day it was yesterday! I may not have been in the UK but I made sure to watch the Royal Wedding and whatever your views there is no denying that Kate looked absolutely stunning, that dress was utterly gorgeous, an epitome of classical elegance. I wish you all a happy weekend my lovelies as I am off to the beach for a friends birthday party and it will be lovely seeing old friends. Also a big congrats to Lauren from Aspiring Kennedy who won the Royal Contest yesterday. See you next week and enjoy whatever you are doing! x

Sorry I didn't get to do a post today, been super busy with so many exciting things happening. I really hope you all have a lovely weekend my friends and we still get to enjoy this glorious weather. It is officially Spring and I don't know about you but I am so excited..... Don't forget the clocks go forward this weekend, yay to longer, brighter days :)

I hope you are all having a pleasant weekend, the weather was lovely here in London today. Had a delicious brunch with the husband and then a stroll around town, absolutely blissful! What made the start to my weekend even more special was an email I received from Jaime Derringer from Design Milk. She kindly gave me the news that I was listed as one of the '10 Best New Design blogs' on AOL's ShelterPop, which was selected by veteran bloggers. How cool is that?! A huge thank you to Holly from Decor8 who mentioned my blog as one of her favourite reads, I am completely gob-smacked! 

Still reeling from this exciting news I wish you all a happy weekend with some gorgeous moodboards I put together, the combination of greys, taupes and blues are really rocking my boat at the moment! Thank you for also supporting my blog and I really do hope you find it inspiring in some way or another.

Have a Lovely weekend everyone, it has been a stressful week but it has ended on a positive note which I am ever so grateful. See you next week where I have a lovely giveaway which I am sure you will love it. This milder weather is making me feel that spring is finally on the way, well I really do hope so! The days are getting longer and it is slightly warmer and I honestly cannot wait as I tend to hibernate during January and February.
