My Christmas Wishlist

It's only two days left until Christmas and I am so happy I have managed just about to finish all of my shopping! It's so nice shopping around here, you get to find so many pretty accessories that I have to admit I have bought so many for myself, I just couldn't resist! I am so looking forward to receiving my presents as well, although the other day my husband said to me that he found it really hard to buy me gifts!

Honestly he really has not been reading my blog or else it would be so easy! Here is another attempt of mine in hinting what I really really want :)

1. Ok so I have mentioned it numerous of times but this radio from Orla Kiely would be the ultimate gift for me! It's cute, quirky and I just love listening to music! 2. I adore pretty feminine jewellery so anything from Emma Cassi would be fabulous as all her pieces I find divine especially the new collection for Anthropologie. 3. A few months ago I fell in love with Lorna Syson's collection of wall flowers and cushions. Anything from this designer would make me extremely happy especially this gorgeous turquoise wall flower. 4. I am forever jotting down notes so this pretty notebook from Anthropologie would be ideal. 5. I think these fabric mirrors from Not on the High Street are just so cute that I think they would look great in my handbag, I am after all a girly girl at heart. 6. I am forever looking for a print to place in my studio space and this would be great from Bodie and Fou. 7. A jewellery box would be another fab option for me especially if it's this pretty, from Niki Jones. 8. I just want these personalised pegs from not on the high street you can choose your own message and I would love to place them in the kitchen to give that country feel. 9. I do have a thing for candles so any votives I adore especially these from Dot Com Gift Shop. 10. I love tape I think I have an addiction for it, aren't theses pretty from Zeena

See I am really not that difficult am I?

It's A Wrap!

This Christmas it's all about the wrapping, for me it's one of the most important things. It really is a personal way of showing what that special someone means to you.

Bodie and Fou Gift Ideas

Christmas gifts can be quite daunting sometimes as you can never quite find what you are looking for. Especially when buying presents for the men in your life! During the weekend I was looking on-line for a map of London for my Father in law. I had a certain type in mind and was so happy to have found it over at Bodie and Fou.

In fact I was taken a back by all the cool possible gifts I could buy from this website. I have always been a fan of Bodie and Fou, these two French sisters sure have style. I am so excited to do some of my Christmas shopping from here, where it's full of original and cool ideas.

Here are my 'his' and 'hers' gift lists (click on image to enlarge).

Christmas Decorating Ideas

If you're stuck for ideas this Christmas do not fret as there are so many fantastic tips to help you. Living etc have a great decorating gallery and many other blogs have fabulous images which is fantastic. Here are some christmas ideas I found along the way.....

Spray paint some cones add a few sparkly bits and voilà... A stunning Christmas Wreath! Goes very well with my theme this year so will be trying this one!

I love these Frosty White craft pieces from Helen Musselwhite.

What a cool way to make place settings around the table. How cute and simple!

Go for that vintage look with these natural linen rag balls from Alice Looking Glass over at Etsy. There is just something about handmade Christmas ornaments.

I love this image from David Stark for West Elm which I found over at Decor8. I just love the whole handmade, do it yourself Christmas decorations. so much more personal and fun!

One of my favourites, Pretty Presents. Add a personal vintage touch by wrapping your presents with lace. it just gives it that extra luxurious touch!

Love this Christmas wreath made out of marshmallows which I found over at Pinterest from the lovely Will from Bright.Bazaar. This lovely idea is taken from the blog Three Pugs & a baby blog. What a sweet idea it is!

Another lovely idea made out of twigs with pretty white porcelain ornaments. Image taken from The White Company and also seen on Sweet Paul's magazine from the feature 'Wills Picks'.

All images are from Living etc apart from 4th, 5th 7th & 8th.
