Friday My Town Shoot-out – Inviting Front Doors

All this week I am running a Giveaway. The rules are simple. Drop a comment on any of this week's postings (Saturday 3rd to Saturday 10th inclusive) and I'll put the names of all those who have commented in a hat (assuming I can find one – it may have to be a saucepan or some other substitute) and draw out the winner on Sunday 11th. The winner will receive one of the books shown in my Giveaway post on Sunday. I look forward to all your comments.

Jenny Woolf is also running a giveaway this week - check out her delightful little prizes here

Oops, there I was thinking this week's FMTSO was just front doors.  I forgot the word 'inviting'.

Fortunately the door of Partner-who-drinks-tea's office is always open so that's inviting.

Lots of other doors to be seen in Rodney Street, Liverpool, UK.

This one  doesn't look very inviting to me! Perhaps it's the double doors or the Letting sign.  But the steps are well worn so plenty of people have found it inviting in the past.

And my very favourite (ugh, your English is getting worse, Scriptor) is this arched one, around the corner in Knight Street.

If you would like to see what inviting front doors other members of the gang have found please click on this FMTSO link.
