Pandelela Hopes To Put Her Best Foot Forward In London

KUALA LUMPUR, March 28 (Bernama) -- The country's leading women diver Pandelela Rinong believes she can recover from her back injury before the 2012 London Olympics.

The 19-year-old Bidayuh lass who suffered the back injury when competing in the World Cup Diving Series in Beijing recently said she was receiving treatment at the National Sports Institute.

The 2010 New Delhi Commonwealth Games gold medallist said London would be her second Olympics (first in Beijing 2008) and would be competing in the 3m Synchronized Springboard with Cheong Jun Hoong, 10m platform individual and 10m synchronized with Leong Mun Yee.
