Call your friends or close acquaintances before it's too late

I phoned a woman I know since my childhood. Her sister answered and told me she died three years ago.

Three years? How is it possible?

We were not that close but we know a lot about each other since we lived in the same building in a era where going to play with the next door neighbor was possible.

I'm sad and I wish I had talked to her. The last time we talked for one hour and laughed a lot. She had a great sense of humor.

I'm looking at my phone number notebook and I'll give a call to all my friends or that close acquaintances to check how are they doing.
