I Love it when I discover a new homeware shop, don't you? Have you heard of Skandivis? It's a new online store officially launched in January 2011. Selling unique contemporary Scandinavian style homewares incorporated with a healthy mix of functional and stylish designs from other parts of the the world. Headed by Toni Kay, she felt the time was right for her to start her own business. Being Danish it was a natural move for her to be drawn to Nordic design. However there is a reason why she chose the word Skandivis, it loosely translates to the 'Scandinavian way' in the knowledge that a product can have a Scandinavian feel without actually being Scandinavian as Toni likes to source products without limiting herself to only Scandinavia.
Skandivis sells products that are of natural & eco friendly materials. I love her continuous feature of animals on the website. It is a unique shop selling original products, check out the wall stickers they are such a fun feature. The styling shots are also beautiful.
