Katy Perry in Elie Saab Spring/Summer Haute Couture: Katy Perry went more "Lady-like" at this year's Grammy Awards red carpet with this elegant light blue all-over sequined boat-neck gown with a satin waist-tie and three-quarter sleeves from Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab. It's Haute Couture which means it's all hand-made--even the seams! And it probably took hundreds and hundreds of hours to sew--which also means, if you were to buy this gown, it would set you back around $100,000, if not more.I like it on her, the color, the shape...But more importantly, do you guys like "Lady-like" 50's elegant Katy Perry?
