The tennis drive volley technique
After posting on the two main volleys namely the forehand and backhand volley, there is another volley which is an important shot because it is widely used. The drive volley is an attacking shot and is usually played from mid-court against a slow, high-looping ball. Just some pointers for such volley, the player should aim and play the shot at shoulder height which also means that the drive volley is hit on the move so that topspin can be impart on the ball. Ensure that the follow through is is long and the drive volley shot is made, the player can also move into the net to be in a dominant position in case the opponent return the shot.
