The forehand grip continues...
There are actually four types forehand grips: continental, eastern forehand, semi-western forehand and western forehand. To find a certain grip, use the base of your index finger as the main reference point. Your thumb should and index finger should form a v shape. Your grip should be fine. On contact with the ball, your grip should be tightened. Different grips actually gives different effect such as continental grip the ball is too flat and the shot will be close to the net which is risky. The western forehand grip creates too much top spin which takes off the ball's speed. To which grip to use by the way, Roger Federer uses the semi-western, while Rafael Nadal uses the western. Ultimately, use the grip that is most comfortable.
